The location was very good. The metro is very close, just outside the hotel. There is also the possibility to take a tram to go to the city center. The rooms were clean and funny, with special decor. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was welcoming throughout the check-in, check-out process. There are also shops close to the hotel- supermarket, fruit shop, clothes shops.

Actually, according to the reviews below we expected something worse. We were so happy it wasn't! The guys at the reception were really very helpful and kind but they didn't open the main gate for us (They didn't hear the bell?), so luckily some car was getting out and we could enter the building and reach the reception. Our room was called Industrial. Everything looked perfect but the bed sheets. They were the only thing that didn't match the room name. :))

The room was just as promised online. It was perfectly comfortable for two people to stay. The bedroom and bathroom were very roomy. The accommodation was very close to the city metro station, which came in handy. The room is cleaned neatly every day (if the guest so prefers). There were a few detailes in the room that were very impressive, such as the beautiful bedsheets, a small mirror that was made as a window with opening shutters and a vintage chair.

The staff there was extremely helpful and kind. Two employees spoke English very well, the others not so. Not many Italians know more than their native language. The Industrial (private) room was pretty spacious, stylish and quiet. It has small fridge, coffe machine and AC. Bathroom was okay. We got private parking for 10€/day. Location of the hostel is great. There is a lot of restaurants and (grocery) shops on the main street. Metro (red line) is nearby. Would deffinetely recommend.

Staff were friendly and helpful, room and bathroom were spacious, beds were clean and comfortable, decoration was very nice, good value for money- didn't expect it to be very comfortable and fully equipped. There was a kettle in the room to make my baby's milk (thanks), air-cond was good, and there was also a separate big pantry/lounge(?) with comfy sofas for groups of travellers/friends just chilling. We just walked to the Milano Central Train Station. We wished we had picked this accommodation before (we stayed another 2 days at another hotel in Milan- more expensive but was a disaster, did not meet our expectation at all).
